In accordance with the open-access model and following the Gold Route (Gold Open Access) established in the Budapest Declaration during the World Conference on Science for the Twenty-First Century (organized by UNESCO-ICSU, June 26 to July 1, 1999). RTED charges an APC to cover the operational expenses associated with publication. Those interested in publishing in RTED must submit their manuscripts exclusively through our OJS platform.
