She is an industrial and systems engineer, with a Master's in University Teaching, a Master's in Software Engineering, a Specialization in University Teaching, and a Ph.D. in Educational Technology. She has completed Postdoctoral studies in Sciences, Emerging Research (ongoing), and Artificial Intelligence, Education, and Research (ongoing), all with honorable mention. Residing in the United States, she serves as the Founder and CEO of Grupo Docentes 2.0 C.A. as well as President of Docentes 2.0 Technological-Educational Journal. Her editorial role is exercised in coordination with the External Editor and Co-editor, who guarantee independence and transparency in editorial decisions, especially when the President appears as an author or co-author, in line with COPE, DOAJ, and the Principles of Transparency. With 15 years of academic and editorial experience, her career includes thesis supervision, methodological consultancy, participation as an expert jury member, educational coaching, and editorial leadership in international indexed journals. She is the author of 2,500+ technology-education articles, has 69 articles published in indexed scientific journals, 7 self-authored books, and 1 book chapter; additionally, she has reviewed more than 500 scientific manuscripts as a peer evaluator. She has been a Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) since 2015, is the National Ambassador of Venezuela for Reviewer Credits, an international speaker, and an active member of scientific communities in multiple countries.
